5. Are your guides certified?

Yes.

All our guides are officially certified by the Greek Ministry of Culture and Tourism. They carry state-issued badges showing their registration number and certified languages.

Tours in museums and archaeological sites are conducted exclusively by licensed professionals. This ensures that you are guided by the best and enjoy the highest quality experience.

6. What languages do your guides speak?

Our standard tours are conducted in Greek and English.

Additional languages may be available upon request. Please contact us for information on availability.

7. Are the tours suitable for children?

Yes.

Our tours are suitable for all ages. Children up to 5 years old can join for free, while reduced admission applies for children aged 6–12. Each tour description includes information about age suitability. If you have any questions, our team is always here to assist you.

8. How long do the tours last?

Tour durations vary depending on the service you choose.

Most tours last between 1 and 3 hours. Specific durations are provided in each tour’s description.

9. What is included in the tour price?

The tour price includes the guide’s services and VAT, as required by law.

Admission fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included, unless explicitly stated. Clients are responsible for purchasing those tickets in advance, following the instructions provided on our website.

10. What applies to admission tickets for archaeological sites and museums?

Access to certain archaeological sites and museums requires a separate entrance ticket, which is not included in the tour price unless otherwise indicated.

Each tour page includes a link to purchase tickets online, if needed. Please make sure to buy your tickets in advance, as participation in the tour is not possible without a valid entry ticket (when required).

11. Is recording allowed during the tours?

Taking photos and short videos for personal use or social media is allowed during the tour. However, some museums and sites have restrictions or explicitly prohibit video recording. Your guide will inform you about the applicable rules before entering each location.

12. What happens in case of bad weather?

Greece is among the top 10 countries globally for sunshine, so it is unlikely for a tour to be canceled due to weather. Tours proceed even in mild rain, as long as safety is not compromised. In the case of severe weather or unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, emergencies), the company reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tour. Customers may reschedule the same or another available tour within 60 days. If the new tour has a higher price, the customer pays only the difference.

Rescheduling is allowed only once. After 60 days, no refund is issued.

13. Are your tours accessible to people with disabilities?

Some tours are partially or fully accessible to individuals with disabilities or limited mobility. Please contact us before booking so we can recommend the most suitable experience.

14. Can I book a group or private tour?

We offer private and group tours for schools, cultural organizations, and corporate events. Contact us for availability, special rates, and personalized suggestions.

For changes, please contact us via email or phone during call center hours. No changes are accepted within 24 hours before the tour, as per our policy.

16. Will I receive a confirmation email after booking?

It is typically a central and easily accessible location near public transport. Please reach out if you need assistance.

18. What happens if I arrive late at the meeting point?

Tours begin promptly, and the guide is not required to repeat missed parts. If you are significantly late or fail to show up, no refund will be issued.
