Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

The following policy applies to all bookings made through our platform.

🟠 Cancellations by OhMyGuide

OhMyGuide reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time due to reasons such as:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Minimum number of participants not met
  • Force majeure or organizational issues

In such cases, the customer may:

✅ Reschedule their participation within 60 days from the original date, free of charge
📌 Choose another tour of equal or greater value and pay the price difference
🔁 Please note that rescheduling is allowed only once

If the booking is not used within 60 days, no refund will be issued

 

🌦️ Weather Conditions

  • OhMyGuide is not responsible for adverse weather on the day of the tour.
  • Tours will proceed as scheduled in cases of mild weather (e.g. light rain), unless participant safety is at risk.

 

✅ Cancellations by the Customer

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.

  • In this case:
    • A refund will be issued minus a 3–5% processing fee (if payment has already been made)
    • Cancellations must be made in writing or by phone by the customer

❌ Last-Minute Cancellations (≤ 24 hours)

If the cancellation is made 24 hours or less before the scheduled tour, or the customer fails to show up:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Rescheduling is not possible
  • Modifications to the number of participants or tour time are not permitted
