The following policy applies to all bookings made through our platform
The company reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
In such cases, the customer may:
✅ Reschedule their participation within 60 days from the original date at no additional cost
📌 Choose another tour of equal or higher value and pay any price difference
🔁 Each booking may be rescheduled only once
If the booking is not used within 60 days, the amount paid is non-refundable.
The company is not responsible for adverse weather conditions on the day of the tour.
Tours operate normally under mild weather conditions (e.g. light rain), unless participant safety is at risk.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time.
In this case:
For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the tour, 50% of the total amount will be refunded, as organizational arrangements have already been made.
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or less before the scheduled tour time, or in case of a no-show:
Private tours are organized upon request and are confirmed only with full prepayment of the total amount.
Due to the exclusive allocation of a licensed tour guide and the personalized planning involved, private tours are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless the cancellation is made by OhMyGuide.
The terms and conditions applicable to private tours supersede the general cancellation policy that applies to scheduled tours.
